The Flock

 

The Stags flock is a registered 'Small breeders' flock of 11 females; originally based on ewes purchased from Harkers at Pry House and S Bell and Sons at Gillgate. Bloodlines include Harold Harrison (going back to the Roachburn), Shepherds Lodge, Brogden, Naby, Mossdale, Blades, Garnthwaite, Sleddale Hall.

 

The ewes run with the Sargill flock of S Bell & Sons at Gillgate, Askrigg and are heafed on Stags Fell.

Fishbacks Viceroy 5 purchased 2007 for £13,000 by Hellbeck, Catlow and a 5 ewe share for the Stags flock
