SWALEDALE SHEEP
LAMB & MUTTON
The Swaledale sheep provides some of the finest quality lamb and mutton available. Being reared mainly on heather moorland the meat has better eating qualities and more beneficial health attributes (omega 3, CLA etc) than lowland intensive grain fed meat.
